🏡 Hausordnung für die Ferienwohnung

1. Allgemeines

• Bitte behandle die Wohnung und das Inventar sorgfältig.
• Schäden oder Mängel bitte sofort melden.
• Nicht angemeldete Gäste sind nicht gestattet.

2. Ruhezeiten

• Die gesetzlichen Ruhezeiten sind einzuhalten: 22:00–7:00 Uhr.
• Bitte nimm Rücksicht auf Nachbarn, besonders auf Balkon, Terrasse und im Treppenhaus.

3. Rauchen

• Rauchen ist in der gesamten Wohnung verboten.
• Auf dem Balkon/Terrasse nur, wenn ein Aschenbecher vorhanden ist.

4. Haustiere

• Haustiere sind in der Ferienwohnung nicht erlaubt.

5. Küche

• Küche bitte sauber hinterlassen.
• Geschirr, Besteck und Geräte nach Gebrauch reinigen.
• Keine Lebensmittel offen liegen lassen.

6. Mülltrennung

Bitte trenne den Müll wie folgt:

• Restmüll
• Bioabfall
• Papier
• Plastik/Verpackungen
• Glas

Die entsprechenden Behälter befinden sich im Hof/Abstellraum.

7. Sicherheit

• Kein offenes Feuer (z. B. Kerzen) in der Wohnung.
• Beim Verlassen der Wohnung:
  • Fenster schließen
  • Licht ausschalten
  • Herd und elektrische Geräte ausschalten

8. Sauberkeit

• Straßenschuhe bitte im Wohnbereich ausziehen.
• Möbel nicht verrücken oder nur nach Absprache.
• Verschmutzungen sofort beseitigen.

9. Bettwäsche & Handtücher

• Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt (falls vereinbart).
• Bitte nicht mit Make-up oder Haarfarbe verschmutzen.

10. Schlüssel

• Bei Schlüsselverlust können hohe Kosten entstehen (Schließanlage).
• Schlüssel nicht an Dritte weitergeben.

11. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: ab 16:00 Uhr
• Check-out: bis 11:00 Uhr
• Wohnung bitte besenrein hinterlassen.

🏡 House Rules for the Holiday Apartment (English Version)

1. General

• Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
• Report any damages or defects immediately.
• Unregistered guests are not permitted.

2. Quiet Hours

• Please respect the quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Be considerate of neighbors, especially on the balcony, terrace, and in the stairwell.

3. Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
• Smoking on the balcony/terrace is allowed only if an ashtray is provided.

4. Pets

• Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

5. Kitchen

• Please leave the kitchen clean.
• Wash dishes, cutlery, and appliances after use.
• Do not leave food uncovered.

6. Waste Separation

Please separate waste as follows:

• General waste
• Organic waste
• Paper
• Plastic/packaging
• Glass

The appropriate bins are located in the courtyard/storage area.

7. Safety

• No open flames (e.g., candles) inside the apartment.
• When leaving the apartment:
  • Close all windows
  • Turn off lights
  • Switch off the stove and electrical appliances

8. Cleanliness

• Please remove outdoor shoes inside the living area.
• Do not move furniture unless agreed.
• Clean up spills or dirt immediately.

9. Bed Linen & Towels

• Bed linen and towels are provided (if agreed).
• Please avoid staining them with makeup or hair dye.

10. Keys

• Lost keys may result in high replacement costs (locking system).
• Do not hand keys to third parties.

11. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 04:00 PM
• Check-out: until11:00 AM
• Please leave the apartment swept clean.
